Sofiqe Ltd is an international online vegan and cruelty-free beauty platform (hereinafter "Sofiqe", "we" or "us"), providing a platform that enables registered users (hereinafter "User" or "Users") to discover, buy and review vegan and cruelty-free beauty products via website or mobile application.

These Terms apply between Sofiqe and the User for all use of our website and all use of our application for mobile devices. By using the functionalities of Sofiqe's website and/or app (hereinafter collectively "Platform"), the User agrees to be bound by these Terms.
Sofiqe has created a Platform that enables Users to discover, review and purchase vegan and cruelty-free beauty products. Our AI-powered shade matching technology helps Users find the right products for their skin tone, eye colour and hair colour.
In order to use our Platform, the User must either sign in using a third-party application such as Facebook, or fill out a form and create a profile.
When registering, the User provides us with certain information including email address, password, username, name and country. Some information will never be made public such as the password. Other information may be public by default such as name and profile picture. The User can manage visibility under Profile Settings.
By accepting these Terms, the User confirms they have read, understood and agreed to be bound by all related terms and agreements with Sofiqe, including our Privacy Policy.
The User must at all times:
Failure to comply may result in deactivation of the User account and/or removal from the Platform at the sole discretion of Sofiqe.
The GLAM ELITE VIP loyalty programme allows Users to earn points on purchases and redeem them for discounts. Points are awarded in accordance with the rules published on the GLAM ELITE VIP page. Sofiqe reserves the right to modify or terminate the loyalty programme at any time with reasonable notice to Users. Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred.
All prices are displayed in the currency of your selected store. Sofiqe accepts major credit and debit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. Orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
Please refer to our Returns Policy for full details of your right to return products and receive refunds. Your statutory rights are not affected.
We do not provide any warranty unless specifically and expressly stated. Products sold on the Platform may be supplied by Sofiqe Ltd or by third-party sellers. Where a manufacturer's warranty applies, this is provided by the relevant supplier and not by Sofiqe. Sofiqe does not accept liability for warranty claims relating to products supplied by third-party sellers.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sofiqe's total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order giving rise to the claim. No indirect loss is covered, including but not limited to loss of data or revenue. The Platform and all its functionalities are provided "as is".
These Terms are in force for as long as the User's account is active. Sofiqe is entitled to terminate a user account immediately if the User violates these Terms.
These Terms may be amended at Sofiqe's sole discretion, followed by notification to Users. Users are bound by any changes when using the Platform after changes have been posted.
These Terms and any disputes arising hereof shall be governed by English law, United Kingdom.
